Shelduck Travel International Inc. may offer travel insurance products through authorized insurers and licensed insurance arrangements, including products offered through Manulife Financial and other authorized insurance providers where applicable, subject to applicable licensing requirements and contractual arrangements. All coverage, eligibility, exclusions, limitations, claims decisions, and policy interpretations are governed solely by the applicable insurance policy issued by the insurer. The Agency does not guarantee that any travel insurance policy will provide coverage for a particular event, circumstance, claim, or medical condition. Coverage is determined solely by the insurer in accordance with the applicable policy wording. Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy carefully and confirming that the coverage meets their needs before purchasing the Same. If a Client declines insurance, the Client accepts responsibility for any loss that might otherwise have been covered.
